The prices shown below are in pounds sterling and are for the rental of the apartment for one week.  They are not per person.

The sterling price is fixed but if you would prefer to pay in Euros then the rate will be that ruling at the time of booking

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, with access from 2.00 p.m. and departures by 11 a.m. unless by prior arrangement.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and payment of the balance four weeks prior to the period.  Refunds will be subject to alternative lettings being made.

Discounts are available for lets longer than two weeks and for returning clients.
