The apartment, which is for rent, has been furnished and equipped to a high level to ensure that visitors can enjoy their stay in Mijas in true comfort.

The Lew Hoad Tennis Village, is built on the side of a hill. This apartment is located on the top floor of one of four blocks, has its own entrance and easy, nearly level, access from a parking area and the covered car park at the top of the complex. However, the apartment and village are not suitable for those confined to a wheelchair. As the apartment is located at the top of the village and does not overlook the swimming pool, it is quiet and enjoys a high level of privacy.
The apartment is self catering, with all linen and electricity provided and weekly cleaning.
The kitchen, dining and sitting areas are all within one large room 7.7 x 3.4 metres. The kitchen area has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a good range of equipment which includes a blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and cooking utensils.
The dining area has a table which can seat 6 people and the sitting area includes two large sofas, satellite TV, video, DVD, radio, CD and cassette player and a good range of books. The main living area and one of the bedrooms are air conditioned, providing heating for chillier winter evenings and cooling in the summer when required. The sitting area and both bedrooms also have ceiling mounted fans.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed the other with two single beds. A cot and a camp bed can be made available if required. There is also a bath room with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
In order to assist those using the flat to make best use of their time whilst in Mijas, three folders of information are provided in the apartment containing general information on Andalucía, history, maps, etc and specific information about places of interest mentioned in this web site, telephone numbers of golf courses, restaurants etc.
There are sun loungers, table and chairs etc on the South facing 7.7 x 2 metres balcony which provides an uninterrupted view over the magnificent surrounding countryside.
